Why did you become a teacher? To be honest, I kept taking career tests and teaching came up in all three that I took. So as a college admissions counselor, I thought I would look into it. After I did my research I began thinking I would become a teacher then go into school counseling and help students. But after I got in the classroom, I then realized I enjoyed teaching and stayed in the teaching lane thinking I could have just as much impact.
What has been the best part of teaching that you didn’t expect when entering the profession? As well as how interactive my job is.
