The question, “What is your why or motivation?” allows me to reflect on my journey from the past to the present. My purpose has consistently been to sow positive seeds in the lives of others, enabling them to do the same. Although we might not always see the complete effects of our coaching, teaching, or the lives we lead, I firmly believe that by planting these seeds of positivity, there will eventually be some form of positive return or outcome. Our influence, however subtle, can create a ripple effect that encourages others to spread positivity as well as being life-long learners.
