As a 3rd generation JCPS employee and previous JCPS graduate, I take the work I do with JCPS very seriously, especially when it comes to us educator(s). Like many present-day educators, I came into this profession as a substitute teacher 6 years ago then utilizing the alternative certification route to becoming a certified classroom educator. I received my master’s in special education, multiple to severe disabilities (MSD) from the University of Louisville. I have worked alongside some of the most amazing colleagues in our district and beyond! The last four years I have been a part of the Churchill Park team doing amazing work for the students and families we get to serve. I truly believe that educators are the biggest assets to the communities we serve every single day. I look forward to advancing and promoting our profession/craft alongside the rest of the 2025 GoTeachKy ambassador team!
