- Identify the core beliefs influencing the career decisions of the educators in their school.
- Determine the parcels of work occurring in their school that the educators most value and desire to share with the community.
- Identify the existing systems in their school that most positively impact their staff.
- Identify actionable items that could improve the retention of their educators from their own educators.
