Certified Evaluation Plans (CEP) are the procedures and forms for evaluating certified school personnel below the level of superintendent. The plans are developed by an evaluation committee (50/50 Committee) to ensure all requirements of the Kentucky Framework for Personnel Evaluation (KRS 156.557, 704 KAR 3:370) are met.
