Calling All Assistant Principals!
The Assistant Principal (AP) position is a unique role. As such, the P3 Team has developed a unique professional learning cohort to support assistant principals. This cohort addresses current best practices in school leadership with the role of the Assistant Principal specifically in mind. The in-person kick-off event was a great success! Even if you were not able to attend the kick-off, we’d love to have you join the monthly virtual meetings from 9:30-10:30 ET/8:30-9:30 CT and 1:30-2:30 ET/12:30-1:30 CT on the Zoom platform. Choose the time that works best for your schedule.

Participating in the Assistant Principal cohort has been more impactful than my experiential learning in the role. The book was the perfect complement to the online sessions, and the P3 team was consistently understanding, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. This experience truly deepened my growth as a leader.
