The Assistant Principal (AP) position is a unique role. As such, the P3 Team has developed a unique professional learning cohort to support assistant principals. This cohort addresses current best practices in school leadership with the role of the Assistant Principal specifically in mind.

Choose the time that works best for your schedule. EILA credit will be available for each session you attend. All sessions are completely FREE of charge. You will receive more information about each event in the week leading up to the session.

Participating in the Assistant Principal cohort has been more impactful than my experiential learning in the role. The book was the perfect complement to the online sessions, and the P3 team was consistently understanding, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. This experience truly deepened my growth as a leader.
