Calling All Assistant Principals!

Participating in the Assistant Principal cohort has been more impactful than my experiential learning in the role. The book was the perfect complement to the online sessions, and the P3 team was consistently understanding, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. This experience truly deepened my growth as a leader.

Trevor Ervin, Assistant Principal, Elizabethtown High School

Great job, P3 team! This is my second year attending the cohort, and I always look forward to connecting with other APs and participating in the thoughtful, relevant PD the team provides. The program has helped me grow as a leader, problem-solve challenges with peers, and feel more supported in my role.
